Preview-first Discord role reconciler for community sports organizations. A roster proposes, an operator previews an immutable plan, and only then does anything change.
Touchline reads validated coach assignments from pinned roster sources, turns them into an immutable change plan, and lets an authorized server operator apply that plan explicitly. Its safety contract does the interesting work: a roster file can never supply Discord IDs or permissions, identity links are manual, removals are off by default, drifted or expired plans are refused, and recovery is a new compensating plan rather than a claimed rollback. Built for a local soccer program with every organization-specific mapping in configuration.
