About
Hunter Terrell
Eight-plus years designing and delivering web applications, automation tools, and developer platforms where they measurably improve speed, quality, and user experience, with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and cloud infrastructure and a product mindset that turns ambiguous requirements into intuitive interfaces and scalable architectures. I help product and engineering organizations adopt agentic software-development practices and turn experimental tools into governed, measurable capability. Every claim on this site links to the artifact that proves it.
Story
The long version
I build software for domains where the workflow is the hard part: payments onboarding at Worldpay, freight load posting at PLS Logistics, and now contract-to-close coordination for real-estate deals at Coordi. The pattern is the same each time. Sit with the people doing the work, encode the rules they already follow into something deterministic, and put a careful interface in front of it.
Since 2025 the interesting question has been how much of that work an agent can carry safely. My answer so far is: a lot, if the boundaries are explicit. Models extract evidence and code does the arithmetic. Drafts are reviewed before they become actions. Every capability gets a ledger row that says what was verified and how. Soren, the assistant behind Terrell Technology, runs on those rules, and so does this site: it drafts entries from repository activity, and nothing is published until I have read it and merged it.
I hold a B.S. in Computer Information Technology from Miami University and the Nielsen Norman Group certification in UX and Interaction Design. I live in Cincinnati, Ohio.
