- Soren, the single assistant behind Terrell Technology. Runs on a hardened VPS with one public identity, explicit provider routing, and no silent fallback. This week it gained read-only access to seven repositories and an hourly sync, and the Hermes Pantheon runtime upgrade went live on the Mac gateway after a disposable-tree proof on both hosts. Next: a one-day soak, then the same upgrade on the VPS listener.
- Provenance, this site. Live at hunterterrell.dev, rendering only verified public entries from the record. Next: the drafter that turns merged pull requests into proposed entries for review, and a real photograph.
- Modular self-hosted CI runners. Designed: one Linux host serving GitHub Actions and GitLab CI through a single label, ephemeral containerized jobs, free at the platform level. Next: the interim VM on the home tower, then its five-step acceptance test.
- Coordi. Real-estate transaction coordination platform, rebuilt monorepo. Agent-assisted updates planned for the coming week through reviewed pull requests.
- Apothik. Pharmacy platform. Ask-AI chat API on the Vercel AI SDK is in review.
- Mana Foil. Migration-parity health checks shipped; release readiness audit in progress.
- Local-business web-presence rebuild playbook. Idea stage with a written hypothesis, first test (a fully synthetic business), and stop rule. Nothing built yet.
