The single assistant identity behind Terrell Technology. One public identity, explicit provider routing with no silent fallback, and a ledger for every capability it is trusted with.
Soren is the one assistant I address; everything else, research profiles, coding lanes, model routes, is an implementation detail it is accountable for. It runs on a hardened VPS with explicit routing between Codex, Claude, and OpenRouter and automatic fallback disabled, so private context never crosses a provider silently. Its operating brain is a set of documents: a charter with decision rights, a capability ledger where each row says what was verified and how, and a decision record. Merges, deployments, credentials, and anything that contacts another person stay with me. Soren drafts the entries on this site; it never publishes them.
