Transaction coordination platform for real-estate deals. Reads a contract, builds the timeline, and keeps every party informed from contract to close.
Coordi turns an uploaded purchase contract into a working transaction: the parties, the contingency deadlines, the milestones, and the tasks each one implies. Models extract evidence from the document and deterministic code does every date calculation, so a deadline is never a guess. Drafted tasks and communications wait for a human before they become actions. The platform was rebuilt as a monorepo in 2026 with Next.js, Supabase, and a shared design system; the rebuild’s contract scanner, its review-gated task suggestions, its reliability and release work, and its test foundation are the parts of the codebase I led.
