Pharmacy platform being rebuilt from a clean skeleton in phased gates. Primary engineering by Kalen Templeton; I own strategy, architecture, and the platform layer.
Apothik is a pharmacy platform whose rebuild started from a deliberately minimal V0: tooling and guardrails, a small Prisma schema against Neon, shared packages, a Clerk workspace shell, a jobs-only worker on Railway, and one reference feature. Later phases add the product surface in reviewed pull requests behind branch protection and CI. Kalen Templeton is the primary engineer. My part-time role covers product strategy, the technical architecture, platform engineering, and review; the Ask AI chat API is the piece currently in review.
